At Elite Energies, our steadfast commitment is to exclusively install top-tier inverters and batteries for our customers, and that’s why we proudly source our products from the exceptional company – Huawei

Our decision is fueled by the outstanding support we receive from SKE Solar, Huawei’s European partners. Just this week, we were pleasantly surprised to receive an email from Huawei R & D, adding another layer to our confidence in the partnership.

Our R&D built a risk prediction algorithm for key energy storage parameters. According to the big data analysis in the factory test, the LUNA2000 lithium batteries UB20C0013745 are suspected to be abnormal, which may affect the normal use of the system.

Therefore, we would like to send you a replacement battery to you to replace the LUNA2000 lithium battery. We have found that the battery in question is installed in the Rathbeggan plant.

Despite the rarity of the occurrence, Huawei astutely identified a single battery within the vast landscape of our nationwide installations, indicating a potential future fault.
