Our engineers remotely accessed the clients battery using the Huawei Fusion Solar App. The hybrid battery, charged either by the Solar PV array or the national grid, was set to Grid Charge mode for 2 hours, reaching full capacity.
Subsequently, the battery was set to discharge mode, ensuring the safety pump’s functionality in case of a power supply outage.
Later that evening, a grid supply power outage occurred due to the adverse weather conditions, lasting until mid-morning on Monday, January 25th.
Elite Energies’ Backup system seamlessly took over, supplying electricity to the pumps throughout the night. This success story was a relief for the Campbell’s, who expressed their satisfaction with the Elite Energies Solar PV and battery storage system.
